General Overview
We understand that plans change and weather can be unpredictable. To provide fairness to our clients while protecting our small business, we’ve established the following policies regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and inclement weather.
BOUNCE HOUSE RENTAL POLICIES
1. Standard Cancellation Policy
More than 14 Days’ Notice: You may cancel your bounce house rental for a full refund minus a 10% processing fee OR apply your payment as a full credit toward a future event within 12 months.
7–14 Days’ Notice: You may cancel for a 50% refund OR receive a 100% credit toward a future event.
Less than 7 Days’ Notice: No refunds or credits are issued unless the cancellation is due to weather and falls under our Weather Policy.
2. Bad Weather Policy
We monitor weather closely leading up to your event. The following applies:
High Winds (Over 15 mph sustained) or Heavy Rain on the event day will qualify as unsafe conditions.
You will receive a 100% credit (no refund) if cancellation is due to unsafe weather and:
You notify us by 7:00 AM on the day of your event.
The unit has not been delivered or set up.
Once the unit is delivered or setup begins, no refunds or credits will be issued—even if your event is impacted by weather after setup.
Note: Light rain or scattered showers do not qualify unless they become hazardous. Bounce houses can operate safely in light rain.
3. Rescheduling
You may reschedule due to any reason with 72+ hours’ notice, and your payment will be applied in full toward the new date (pending availability).
Reschedules must occur within 12 months of the original booking.
BALLOON STYLING + EVENT DECOR POLICIES
1. Standard Cancellation Policy
Balloon garlands and styled setups require design planning, supplies, and labor.
14+ Days’ Notice: Full refund minus design prep fee (typically $35–$100 depending on scope) OR full credit toward future service.
7–13 Days’ Notice: 50% refund OR 100% credit.
Less than 7 Days’ Notice: No refunds. 50% credit available on a case-by-case basis (depending on supplies already ordered).
2. Same-Day Cancellation / No-Show
If you cancel the day of your event, or are unavailable during your scheduled setup time, no refund or credit will be issued.
If our team is unable to access your venue and cannot reach you within 15 minutes, the delivery is considered forfeited.
3. Weather-Related Adjustments
Balloon garlands and decor cannot be rescheduled last-minute due to weather, as materials are prepped ahead of time.
If rain or wind is expected and you do not have a covered area, we will work with you to:
Relocate setup indoors or to a covered entry/patio.
Provide partial delivery or alternative setup options.
If weather makes outdoor setup completely impossible and you notify us before supplies are prepped (typically 48 hours), you may receive a partial credit at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Retainers
All bookings include a non-refundable retainer:
Bounce House Rentals: 20% of total inflatable invoice.
Balloon Styling: 20% of total balloon invoice depending on complexity.
Retainers secure your date and are non-refundable under all circumstances, but may be applied toward a future reschedule per policy above.
Extreme Circumstances
We are flexible in the event of emergencies or force majeure events (natural disasters, mandatory evacuations, etc.) and will work with you on a fair resolution.
