We're Hiring Crew Members

Join the Chateau Bounce and Bradbury Events team. We set up and deliver luxury inflatables and event decor across Snohomish County, and we need crew members who deliver at the same level.

The Role

Crew members handle delivery, setup, and teardown of inflatable rentals and event decor at residential and venue locations across greater Seattle and Snohomish County. On a typical event day you will load equipment at our Marysville base, drive to the site, inflate and anchor the unit, confirm the setup with the client or venue contact, and return for teardown after the rental window closes. Some events require early morning arrivals or late evening teardowns.

What We Are Looking For

Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check
Ability to drive a company pickup truck (required for most positions)
Available weekends and holidays
Able to perform physical lifting and loading; some equipment requires two-person handling
Local to Snohomish County
Professional, reliable presence on-site at client homes and venue locations

Employment Details

All positions are W-2 employee roles. We do not hire independent contractors for event labor.
