Each Party Decor Package includes a pre-set combination of balloon garland, at least one backdrop style, and a curated mix of props styled as one cohesive look. Backdrops may be panels, arches, or stands depending on your space and event needs. Every package includes professional setup and teardown so you are not moving heavy pieces or managing installation. You can also add upgrades like extra garland length, additional props, or a luxury bounce house.

Packages start at $525 for Sapphire, $725 for Platinum, and $975 for Diamond, and each one already includes the $285 decor minimum. Final totals depend on the tier you choose plus any add-ons like extended garland, extra props, or an optional bounce house. Delivery is calculated from your event address using the standard Chateau Bounce delivery map for Snohomish County and King County. Everything is itemized on your quote so you understand the full total before you book.

Yes. Party Decor Packages can be booked as decor-only so you get balloon garlands, backdrops, and props without an inflatable. If you do want a bounce house, you can pair any package with a luxury white bounce house or a bubble house. All elements are booked through the same Chateau Bounce & Balloons quote and scheduling system, which means one vendor, one contract, and a single coordinated delivery and pickup window for your event.

Packages are designed to keep decisions simple while still allowing customization. You choose the package level that feels right for your event, then share your color palette, inspiration photos, and any theme notes. From there, our team adjusts garland style, backdrop type, and prop selection to fit your venue and layout. You can also add upgrades such as more garland or specialty props while we maintain the overall Chateau Bounce & Balloons aesthetic.

For small showers, intimate dinners, or kids’ birthdays in a home, the Sapphire Package usually offers the right amount of decor without crowding the room. For mid-size venues or more themed parties, the Platinum Package provides fuller garland and more props for stronger impact. For weddings, milestone birthdays, and large event spaces needing a main focal wall, the Diamond Package is designed to serve as the central backdrop for photos or key moments.

We recommend reserving your Party Decor Package as soon as you confirm your date and venue, and at least about two weeks ahead for standard bookings. Peak weekends and holidays fill first, so earlier is better. Shorter notice is often possible depending on our schedule and inventory, so it is always worth submitting a quote request. The earlier you reach out, the more flexibility we have with garland colors, props, and timing around other events on the same day.

Before your event, we will confirm setup and teardown times along with where you want the focal point placed. On the day-of, we need clear access to the venue or home, any parking or loading instructions, and directions to the setup area. Once we are in, our team handles unloading, installing the backdrop, garland, and props, and then returns after the event for teardown at the agreed time so you can focus on hosting.

In many cases, yes. As long as our calendar and inventory allow, we can upgrade your Party Decor Package before the final payment deadline. That may include increasing garland length, adding props, or moving from a Sapphire or Platinum Package into a Diamond Package. If your guest count, layout, or venue changes, reach out as soon as you have new details so we can review options and update your quote if adjustments are possible.
