Typical units need anywhere from about 12x12 ft (compact toddler bouncers) to 30x25 ft (large combo units with slides). That's the inflatable footprint only. We set up on grass (staked), concrete/pavement (sandbags), artificial turf, and indoor hard floors. The surface needs to be relatively level (max slope around 3%) with clear overhead space. Gravel and dirt are not permitted for inflatable setups. If you're unsure about your surface, include a photo with your quote request and we'll confirm before booking.

You provide a dedicated 120V / 15A electrical circuit per blower, within 150 ft of the setup location. Each inflatable runs on a continuous blower that needs its own circuit (not shared with other appliances). If your outlet situation is limited or unclear, let us know on the quote form. Unsafe or inadequate power access can prevent setup.

We follow clear thresholds: inflatables cannot operate in sustained winds of 15+ mph, gusts of 25+ mph, or heavy rain. If conditions are unsafe and you notify us by 7:00 AM before your scheduled delivery/setup, you receive a 100% credit valid for 12 months. After setup begins, weather credits are not available. We monitor conditions and will reach out proactively if the forecast looks risky.

Every rental includes the inflatable unit, professional delivery, setup, and teardown. Pricing is based on a 4-hour event window. You can request additional time at no extra charge as long as pickup is before 9:00 PM and is not an overnight. A 20% booking retainer secures your date (applied to your balance), and the remaining balance is due before our team arrives for setup. For styling, you can add Party Extras (balloon garlands, fringe, signage attached to the inflatable) during checkout, or book Standalone Decor + Backdrops separately through the Decor Hub.

Party Extras are add-ons attached to your inflatable: balloon garlands, fringe styling, vinyl signage, and kids seating/tabletop styling. You select them during checkout when you book your bounce house. Standalone Decor + Backdrops is a separate service booked through the Decor Hub: full balloon installations, event backdrops, props, pedestals, cake stands, custom signage, and complete decor packages. You can book decor on its own or combine it with an inflatable rental.

If you want a specific unit with styled add-ons, earlier is better since popular units and weekend slots fill first. For weekday events or off-peak dates, shorter lead times are usually fine. Every unit is cleaned, sanitized, and inspected before and after each rental. We also ask that you return the unit reasonably clean (no food, confetti, gum, slime, or excessive debris). If extra cleaning is needed beyond standard turnaround, a cleaning fee may apply based on condition after pickup. Note: our inflatables are enjoyed by kids young & old, so minor wear and cosmetic imperfections are normal and expected.
