Yes. You can book props on their own as long as your decor total meets the $285 minimum before delivery and add-ons. Many clients use props for dessert tables, bar setups, or small feature moments even when they are not adding balloons. Choose decor-only when you request a quote and we will build your order around props and any other styling pieces you need.

Yes. Our props are designed to be venue-friendly and home-friendly. If your venue has specific rules about surfaces, weight limits, or finishes, include those details on your quote form so we can plan appropriate prop selections and placements ahead of time.

All props are delivered and placed by our team as part of your decor booking. We position pedestals, props, and stands according to the agreed layout so your stylist, planner, or catering team can finish adding cakes, desserts, signage, and small decor touches. You do not need to transport bulky items yourself or guess where they should go on event day.

Many props can be used outdoors on flat, dry, stable surfaces such as patios, decks, or indoor-style flooring. Some finishes and pieces are indoor-only, and we avoid placing props directly on wet grass, uneven ground, or muddy areas. When you submit your quote, share whether your event is indoors or outdoors and we will advise which props are suitable for your layout.

Several Party Decor Packages already include curated prop sets so you can book a complete look in one step. In many cases you can also add or swap props when inventory allows. If you prefer to build your own setup, start with balloon garlands or a backdrop and then layer in pedestals, cake stands, and accent props as add-ons during the quote process.

Normal wear and light surface marks are expected and covered by your rental fee. Significant damage, missing items, or misuse may incur repair or replacement charges as outlined in your rental agreement. If you are unsure whether a planned use is safe for a piece, ask us before your event so we can recommend the best props or adjust how they are used in higher-traffic areas.

For weekends and peak seasons, reserve props 4–8 weeks in advance so we can coordinate inventory with your balloons and backdrops. Last-minute bookings are welcome when inventory and delivery windows allow; submit a quote request to check availability. If you are planning a wedding or large event, earlier inquiries give you the widest range of styling options.

Yes. If your venue needs dimensions, materials, or a sample layout to approve props on their floors or stages, we can provide that information after you submit your quote. Share venue contact details or upload guidelines and we will help ensure everything is cleared before event day so there are no surprises during setup or teardown.
